You can't go wrong at La Tramontan. Get the 3 course set meal, approx 16 euros, first time you go.

Grapes



We had 12 straight weeks of no rain at all in Port Vendres, so that by the time the family arrived for our annual holiday in August, the garden was pretty parched. The exception being the grapes which clearly love the dry heat. Must plant more of those..

Festival of St Vincent, patron saint of fishermen, August 2009


This 3 day festival occurs over 3 days in Collioure and features all kinds of bands and musicians.

Crique means cove, and within 10 minutes walk of the Garden Apartment you will find a number of coves.
